If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will replace any damaged item free of charge.
Damage reported after 3 days is considered customer-caused and is not covered.

Changed your mind? No problem! Return within 30 days for a refund; return shipping costs are your responsibility (excluding customized items).
Items returned without prior contact with our support team will NOT be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (refunds typically take 2–7 business days).

Customized orders (e.g., with name engraving or personalization) are not eligible for returns due to their personal nature.
If a customized item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery for resolution.

If your item hasn’t arrived within 5 weeks, contact us for a replacement—we’ll prioritize resolving the issue promptly.

Wind Messages is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking indicates the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please report it to your shipping carrier and consider filing a police report.

We strive to be flexible. You have up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund—provided the item has not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, including your order number and reason.
If the order has already been dispatched, please wait for delivery and then follow the returns process for a refund.
Refunds for cancellations are issued to the original payment method and usually take 2–7 business days to process.
