Returns and Refund Policy
Manufacturing Error / Damage Policy
- If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- We will replace any damaged item free of charge.
- Damage reported after 3 days is considered customer-caused and is not covered.
Refunds & Returns (Within 30 Days)
- Changed your mind? No problem! Return within 30 days for a refund; return shipping costs are your responsibility (excluding customized items).
- Items returned without prior contact with our support team will NOT be eligible for a refund.
- Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (refunds typically take 2–7 business days).
Customized Orders
- Customized orders (e.g., with name engraving or personalization) are not eligible for returns due to their personal nature.
- If a customized item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery for resolution.
Missing Package (In Transit)
- If your item hasn’t arrived within 5 weeks, contact us for a replacement—we’ll prioritize resolving the issue promptly.
Lost / Stolen Packages
- Wind Messages is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If tracking indicates the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please report it to your shipping carrier and consider filing a police report.

Cancellations
- We strive to be flexible. You have up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund—provided the item has not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, including your order number and reason.
- If the order has already been dispatched, please wait for delivery and then follow the returns process for a refund.
- Refunds for cancellations are issued to the original payment method and usually take 2–7 business days to process.
- Note: Custom-made or personalized orders can only be canceled before production begins—please contact us for assistance in such cases.
